Glow Valley — Shipping, Preorder & Returns Policy

At Glow Valley ™, we want every reader to feel delighted with their purchase while also keeping our small, faith-bright shop sustainable. Our policy is designed to balance great customer service with the realities of limited-run print products, digital items, and special bundles.

Preorder Policy

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge:

  1. Full payment may be captured at checkout;
  2. Estimated ship dates are subject to change;
  3. You can update your address before shipment by contacting support; and
  4. If we cannot fulfill within 30 days of the latest estimate, you may request a refund.

Shipping

• Orders are produced and shipped by our POD fulfillment partners.
Processing time: Most orders are produced within 5–7 business days (not including shipping time).
Estimated delivery:
   – Economy: 5–8 business days after production
   – Priority: 2–4 business days after production
• Tracking numbers are provided by email once your order ships.
Preorders: Ship windows are noted on product pages (e.g., “Ships by Oct 15, 2025”). Dates may shift slightly due to POD production or carrier delays. We’ll notify you of any material changes.
• International shipping may be available depending on POD partner capabilities. Additional duties, customs, or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted for eligible print products only.
• Digital products (journals, downloads, bonuses) are final sale and non
refundable once delivered.
• Bundles are treated as one unit: all items must be returned together in resellable condition. Partial returns are not accepted.
• To request a return, email customerservice@theglowvalley.com with your order number.

Preorder & Print Books

• Books may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in resellable condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the book arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.
• Preorder items follow the same policy once shipped. If significant delays occur, you may request a refund before shipment.

Posters, Blank Journals & Other Standalone Merchandise

  • Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused and in resellable condition.
  •  Customer pays return shipping unless item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Items showing wear, use, or damage from customer handling are not eligible.
  •  Final sale or customized items (clearance or limited-run designs) are not returnable.

Digital Products

• Digital items are delivered instantly via email link.
• All digital purchases are final sale.
• If you encounter a technical issue (e.g., corrupted file, failed download), we will resend the file at no cost.

Bundled Products

• Bundles are discounted sets and considered one product.
• If a digital item is included, the bundle becomes ineligible for return.
• Exception: If a physical book in a bundle is damaged, we will replace the damaged book without requiring a return of the digital portion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@theglowvalley.com with photos.
• We will arrange a replacement at no cost or a refund if replacement is not possible.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened digital downloads
• Gift cards
• Clearance / final sale items

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not available. To swap, return the eligible item and place a new order.
